Workload: 15-20 lessons/week, 45 mins/lesson, fixed office time
Students: 3-12 years old
Days Off : 2days a week

Qualification &Requirements;
A genuine interest in children, teaching, and professional development
A native speaker from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand is preferred.
A bachelor's diploma is required
2 years' teaching experience and teaching certification(TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) is preferred.
Understanding and interest in Chinese culture
Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
Experience traveling internationally and/or working abroad preferred

Responsibilities
Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 3-12)
Using electronic media and course ware to teach English efficiently and effectively
Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities
Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students
Maintaining regular office hours
Classroom management
Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars
