Vice Principal position for international school in Shandong province.
Location: Binzhou

Salary between 30,000 to 50,000 RMB after tax per month
Air ticket reimbursment
Bonus end of the year

Requirements:
1.Post graduate with Bachelor in Education/MASTER in Education qualification. (PhD is a plus).
2.Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to the vision
3.excellent written, oral communication skills as well in presentation.
4.2+ years’ experience as a Principal or in a school leadership role and should have minimum of 1 to 10 years teaching
5.Commitment to creating a productive educational experience and qualified, motivated, experienced to lead the school forward.
6.Proven history in improving teacher performance
7.Comfortable taking on a leadership role
8.Able to see the big picture and service oriented
9.Good at planning and organizing
10.Empathetic and sociable
11.Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions

    Beijing Geosita Educational Technology Limited Cooperation was founded in Jan,2010. It is a joint venture by Beijing Normal University and Grand topeak Group, with a total of 10 million RMB investment .
