Job description
-In charge of English language classes,Grade 10-12
-Responsible for supplemental instruction in American culture and /or college preparation depending on program.
-Responsible for preparation and delivery of language classes ,in line with expectations outlined in curricula;
-Evaluate students and provided monthly and mid and end of terms reports
-Influence and motivates students to delivery outstanding performance;
-Work in Dalian
-Start asap

8hours per day

-Pay and benefits
-Monthly salary package 16000-18000RMB before tax for the first year teacher
-Will initially be undeer probationary employment for 1 month.
During this period candidates are paid 80%of their salary.

-Quarterly performance bonus
-Optional performance based overtime and vacation pay relating to marketing and recruiting opportuities
-Paid summer and winter vacation
-One reimbursed round trip air ticket per year （up to 8000rmb)

Requirement
-Must be native english speaker
-Bachelor's degree or above
-2 years teaching experience
-Tefl/tesol/celta
