Position: English teacher for kids in small groups
Locations: Beijing

Work Schedules
1. Maximum of 25 hours teaching per week
2. Five working days per week ( Wed.- Sun.)
Monday and tuesday are off days
3. three weeks paid holiday every year
Responsibilities
1. Less than 35 office hours
2. Lesson plans
3. Cooperate with the academic manager to ensure the efficient operation of the center
4. Assist in the placement testing and interviewing new students
5. Carry out teaching related responsibilities including but not limited to demo classes, conversation clubs
6. Attend center social events

1. Salary 16k-20k depends on the English level and teaching experience

Requirments
1. BA or above
2. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificates has absolute priority
3. From English Speaking countries or EUROPE with excellent oral English
4. Age over 23 ( goverment regulation)

    For our curriculum
    We specialize in the education of young learners between the ages of 2-12 with 8-14 kids per group. Our first level of classes for students between the ages of 2 and 3 essentially functions as a “Mommy and Me” class. Our next level of classes is our Pre-K level classes. We have 3 Pre-K levels starting with Pre-K 1 for students around 4 to 5 years old. Next is our Pre-K 2 class for student around 5 years old. Finally, our Pre-K 3 classes for student 5 to 6 years old. As our Pre-K level classes finish we will expand grade by grade until we have courses for children up to age 12.
    We introduced the concept and system of private schools in the United States, with an integrated curriculum system, as well as an integration of the characteristics of Chinese culture combined with traditional Chinese education qualities, which complement each other.
