Job description
1. Job title: English Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students from 3-15
3.Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups;
6. Working time: 16:30-21:00 (Tue.--Fri.); 9:00-19:10 (Sat.-Sun.)
7. Working hours per week: 30 (20 teaching + 8 non-teaching)

Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 10,000- 18000RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 2,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation;
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 1,000 RMB per month;
b.. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate required;
5. 22 to 45 years old
