Responsibilities:
• Provide expectation of all students and staff’s performance and provide improvement plan to reach the company’s standard.
• Lead the campus on a daily basis with professional manner
• Lead the campus to make sure all the school program, activities are well organized
• Expand the campus’ brand value, make speeches, provide help on student recruitment.
• Establish good relationship with parents, community and other departments in order to create a friendly relationship with the public
• Keep the campus under safety by creating a security plan
• School budget management, attendance management
• Join company trainings in order to improve his/her teaching skills.
• Greeting students and parents
• Help out with the class if needed
• Other campus principal responsibilities assigned by the company

Requirements:
• Native English Speaker from Native English Speaking Country (US, UK, CA, IR, NZ, AUS)
• Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Management, linguistic, Art related preferred. (Bachelor degree is accepted)
• TEFL/TESOL Certification
• Minimum five-year management experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens
• Montessori, High/Scope, Reggio Curriculum background preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood class planing, flexible of teaching matheds
• Team player, capable to manage the class, capable to reach the target
• Responsible, Patience
