Job responsibilities:
1. Draw up annual sales plan, lead team to break down plan and implement;
2. Made regular statistics of sales, made market analysis, industry analysis, competitor analysis, customer analysis, and proposed improvement measures;
3. Utilize various online and offline resources to develop customers of foreign customers and foreign trade companies, and facilitate the order transaction;
4. Lead team members to improve the performance of the department;
5. Tracking and coordinating the development of customer orders, shipping, customs clearance, remittance, etc., and assisting in the control of the risk of receiving and transferring;
6. Establish and maintain good communication with new and old customers and maintain customers;
7. Supervised and directed subordinates, and evaluated and trained subordinates;
Requirements:
1. Familiar with foreign trade process and national trade characteristics;
2. Familiar with office software, proficient in customer development channels and skills;
3. More than three years of foreign trade experience, more than one year of foreign trade management experience;
4. Experience in commodity export work is preferred;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
6. Overall ability, management ability, communication ability, anti-pressure ability, team consciousness, career ambition and strong sense of responsibility.
