Salary: 12000-20000RMB/month depending on your experience
Performance bonus that can reach as high as 2000 a month
4% commission on your new students’ payment.

Working hours and off days
1) During school days:
6.5 hours office hours from Wednesday to Friday, sometimes you may need to join publicity campaigns.
An average 12 teaching hours at a weekend, some can reach 18 teaching hours.
Monday and Tuesday off every week.
2) During summer or winter vacation:
8 teaching hours a day at most from Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday off
3)National holiday postponed.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree
Tesol certificate
2 years teaching experience
Clear accent

Steps to work in our company:

Step 1: send the following documents to us to get you the notification letter of work permit:
1. TESOL certificate;
2. Original Degree Certificates (should be authenticated by Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country);
3. Certificate of No Criminal Record (should be provided in Police or security or court etc setions in your country, and be authenticated by embassy or consulate.);
4. Original Passport;
5. Your picture (recent picture within 6 months, white background, JPG format, 40k-120k size).
6. Sign your name on the commitment letter of physical examination.
Remark: All these documents need be translated to Chinese by translation company, and stamped by translation company. We can do that for you, but you need to pay for it

Step 2: use the notification letter of work permit and get the z visa

Step 3: come to china with z visa and do a physical examination in Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Institution

Step 4: get work permit with the following documents
1. TESOL certificate;
2. Original Degree Certificates (should be authenticated by Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country);
3. Certificate of No Criminal Record (should be provided in Police or security or court etc setions in your country, and be authenticated by embassy or consulate.);

4. Certificate of Physical Examination (in China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine)

5. Original Passport;

6. Your picture (recent picture within 6 months, white background, JPG format, 40k-120k size).

Step 5: get residence permit
