Immersion Bilingual Classroom English Lead Teacher

LOCATION:
Beijing Tai Yang Gong Kindergarten

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The English Lead Teacher is responsible and accountable for the activities and outcomes of the appropriate classroom. The incumbent will coordinate classroom personnel in the conduct of classroom activities.
 Oversees and participates in the designing, creating, and assessing of innovative activities and enhancing existing curriculum
 Creates and maintains a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children during school hours
 Oversees and maintains the observation, assessment and recording of the students’ growth and development throughout the entire school year
 Maintains classroom students’ individual and class journals
 Updates parents about their child’s experience at school in writing and in person
 Manages classroom budget as well as monitors classroom purchases
 Cooperates and supports the classroom teaching team
 Collaborates with the school leadership and other staff members on developing and maintaining the overall success of the school

QUALIFICATIONS:
 A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, Education or Early Childhood Education preferred
 Two years of experience as a lead teacher, kindergarten setting preferred. Or hold relevant teaching certificate（such as：TEFL、TESOL、DELTA、Celta）

Salary and Benefits：
 Salary Range：15K~26K（before tax）RMB per month
 Accommodation Allowance（need provide invoice）：4K RMB per month
 Flight tickets for reimbursement：10K RMB per annual
 Paid Holidays：20 workdays
 Start-up costs and transfer costs：3.5K RMB for once
 School discount for children：60% off discount
 Supplementary medical insurance and all the costs of the work visa
