Job Description:
• Report to the Director China
• Responsible for the entire operation (incl. branch companies in China), with more than 150 employees
• In charge of the general management like sales, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, etc.
• Responsible for the strategic and general business development in China, in close cooperation with Director
• Managerial responsibility for project and contract execution
• Maintain the close contact with the clients and satisfy the clients
• Communication and cooperation with the other group companies

Requirements:
• University or similar degree in engineering, preferably in electric or automation engineering. Additional business administration education or MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in electric engineering, project management, installation and commissioning of automation systems
• sales experience in the automation business would be a plus, sales and cost oriented
• Management experience in leading engineering teams, manufacturing and installation units
• Preferably with professional and successful experience in senior management position with cost responsibility in China
• Willingness to travel within China
• Fluent in German and / or English is Must, Chinese (Mandarin) for foreign applicants is Plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization skills, ideas to improve company organisation permanently
• Responsible, independent, customer oriented, self motivated
• Applicants from central Europe are welcome as well

Salary and welfare:
• Yearly salary system 350 to 800k +benefit
