THE OPPORTUNITY

The Center for American Education & Culture (CAEC) is currently seeking English teachers to teach in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and many other cities across China.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an English teacher for CAEC, you will join a community of full-time CAEC teachers in China. You will be teaching English to classes of 15 to 30 students. Key activities include planning and delivering lessons using ESL courseware, evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to further their career in teaching and meet others passionate about education while experiencing an exciting life abroad. Opportunities are available at preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and private schools.

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE

15000 - 22000 RMB monthly, based on qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree
TESOL or TEFL certification (preferred)
Must be able to obtain a clear background check
The ability to live in China for at least one year

Teachers are encouraged to participate in company-organized networking and social events, Chinese classes and other community-based activities. With offices throughout China, we are at your side in arranging housing, phone, utilities and other daily life issues to make sure you hit the ground running.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, applicants must be a citizen of the United States or Green Card holder and meet China's visa regulations.
