Job Duties:
1. Attend SOFITEL luxury brand guest service trainings
2. Live up to Sofitel Ambassador reputation, comply with brand standards at all times.
• Front Office Management Trainees/Supervisors:
1) Check in/out and billing
2) Assist guest relations manager to deal with guest issues
3) Establish good public relationships with all guests. Provide guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all time.
4) Check house status and Rooms Controlling.
5) Pre-assign rooms for pre registered, specific guests (VIPs), special requests reservations and tour groups.
6) Prepare groups arrivals and departures.
• Food & Beverage Management Trainees/Supervisors:
1) Communication: Maintain a high level of communication with guests and supervisor.
2) Service: Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods. Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.
3) Problem solving: Maintain a visible appearance in the outlet during the operation to quickly identify the needs of guests, management and associates. Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.
4) Management: Supervise colleagues and subordinates to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet. Ensure that staff is operating according to their job description.
