China Internship Asia Co. Ltd is a company hosting internship programmes. Bringing oversea students to China for an extraordinary internship experience. We also help students in China to go abroad to get some internship experience and summer camp abroad in exchange. We hope through these programmes, it will help students to build up their career and experience.

Duties:
• Scheduling and recruiting interns abroad to china for internship programme.
•
• Point of contact for career centers and student and diversity organizations at assigned colleges and universities.
• Develop expertise on recruiting at assigned colleges including knowledge of various university programs, activities, important dates, conferences, college procedures, etc.
• Gathers intelligence on other employers recruiting on campus and develop strategies on competing effectively for the top graduates.
• Plans, organizes and executes all major recruiting events including presentations, receptions, club events and interviews.
• Submits candidate's names, interviews and extends job offers.
• Provides marketing team with information for advertising and makes final decision regarding selected materials.
• Tracks and reports cooperation with universities and agencies abroad
Requirements:
• Person with experience in this relevant fields is required
• Person having good connection and relation with University in European, USA, Canada and Australia University preferred
• Outgoing person with great initiative
• Good English speaking and hearing with different accent.
• Can work under tight schedule and high stress level.
• Willing to contact university or colleges abroad out from office hour due to the time difference.
• Persuasive and familiar with the market involved.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, human resources or a related field . The successful candidate should be organized and have the ability to creatively solve problems. Strong customer service. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
