Candidate Requirements:
1. Native English speakers from US, UK, Canada, Australia, NewZealand, Ireland, South Affrica
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Reading/writing teaching experience on English courses for kids
4. Experience in China preferred
5. International school experience preferred
6. English/Education/Science majors preferred

Main Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high quality Phonics, literature and writing classes to students (age 6-13)
2. Discern the structure of the day’s lesson plan
3. Issue and explain homework assignments
4. Liaise with Head Teacher/Teacher Manager
5. Write student assessment reports
6. Undertake regular library coaching duties
7. Uphold professional behavior and etiquette
8. Prepare all printouts required for the session (quizzes, handouts, homework sheets etc.)
9. Assist in marketing activities and promotions

Compensation:
1. 15000-20000/Month(Negotiable according to ability and experience)
2. Work visa provided
3. Annual bonus up to 1 month salary
4. 10 days paid annual leave,12days paid sick leave, statutory holidays

7. 5 days/week, 7hours/day(including office hours)
