Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Holding teaching certificates (eg. TEFL, TOEFL, CELTA, etc.)
4. More than 2 years teaching experience
5. 3 sessions commitment (from 6.30—8.16, around 10+days per session); be able to join the online course design session (paid) ASAP.

Salary and benefits:
1. 300-500 per hour (based on teachers’ qualification)
2.Housing provided (well furnished)
3.Insurance provided
4.Transportation fee covered.

About the summer school
IDEAS Summer school is an English immersion program that combines courses in science and humanities with physical education, studio art, and traditional summer camp activities.
In 2021 the Summer School, student-campers are divided into three academic groups. Each group will have around 24 student campers. Other than teaching hours, Academic Instructors will have time to relax and prepare for the following day’s classes. If interested, all instructors are welcome to join the students in other camp activities.
