Position information and requirements:
• 5 working days per week
• Average 18-22 teaching hours per week plus 20 office hours
• Class size: 16-20 students (Ages: 18+)
• Located in Shenyang

Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive salary of 16000 to 18000 RMB monthly based on qualifications
• 8000 RMB as flight reimbursement at the completion of one year contact if both sides wish to continue the working relationship.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience of English for Academic Purposes
* Bachelor's / Master's Degree in relevant field (TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education etc.) Candidates with Master's Degree will be given priority
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including
native speaker fluency in English. Numerate and articulate.
* Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications
Technologies (ICT).
* Demonstrable cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
* The ability to set, review and mark formative and summative assessments in
line with a published syllabus.

1. A commitment to teamwork, to working flexibly and to seeking solutions to
problems.
2. Proven planning and organisational skills and an ability to take initiative
within curriculum and policy objectives.
3. The ability to contribute to study programme development.
4. The ability to set, review and mark formative and summative assessments in
line with a published syllabus.
5. A record of attention to detail, thoroughness and fairness.
6. The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure and, when
necessary, with minimal resources.
