Responsibilities:

1. Set and implement company forums and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
2. Provide engaging text, image and video content for forum posts and newsletters
3. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
4. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
5. Organize events and contests to build up the community
6. Coordinate with Marketing and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency
7. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and internal product development team


Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker
2. Excellent written communication skills – impeccable English grammar
3. Experience launching community initiatives is a plus (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series or writing an email newsletter)
4. Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
