Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's front desk reception. Pick up and accompany customers according to the reception process, complete high-quality visits, experiences and services, answer customers' questions and deal with possible emergencies quickly;

2. Make a return visit to the received customers, collect opinions and optimize the service;

3. Appointment, coordination and management of the company's conference room, and layout of the conference room;

4. Supervise and manage the site environment to ensure that the company's public areas are kept clean at all times; 5. Answer and transfer daily calls, and make records;

6. Actively complete other work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, unlimited major;

2. Good image and temperament, with height of more than 1.63 for women and more than 1.78 for men. Experience in etiquette training and etiquette practice is preferred;

3. Strong expression ability, good communication, affinity, politeness, strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

4. High EQ, able to quickly respond to customer needs and solve emergencies, and adapt to temporary work tasks; 5. Familiar with office software.

5、Can speak Chinese.
