1.Design engaging lesson plans to stimulate students interests. Implement the plans into English lessons. Provide assessment and feedback on the homework，Have a professional attitude towards all students and stated responsibilities.

2.Abide by school regulations and management, Follow the school curriculum and teaching standards.

3.Work with enrolment, marketing and sales departments to provide high quality demonstration classes.

4.Take part in the training of teachers.

5.To cooperate with the completion of school-related activities,such as English day, English outdoor activities, English competition and English class assessment.

6.To organize oral tests and provide written assessments on students, and other English department paperwork.

7.Maintain a professional manner when dealing with different departments.

8.Attend the meeting with Chinese English teachers to make lesson plans collectively when necessary.

9.。Other relevant tasks.
