Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for introducing and receiving leading guests;
2. Responsible for the registration of visitors and guests
3. Responsible for the reception and forwarding of telephone, mail, letter, and do a good job in recording, sorting out and archiving work information
4. Responsible for the distribution of company documents and notices, and make distribution records and keep them
5. Cooperate with the leader to complete the printing, copying and writing of some documents
6. Responsible for the company's personnel, logistics and other administrative work
7. Responsible for attendance statistics and other work
8. Other work arranged by the leader
Qualifications:
1, good image and good temperament, Mandarin standard,
2. Experience in flight attendants, high-speed rail crews and other work is preferred, and those with etiquette knowledge are preferred;
3. Cheerful personality, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, good at learning, and accept short-term business trips;
4. Proficient in the use of office software, good communication skills;
5. Age 21-30 years old; Driving experience 3 years and above
6. Height 168 and above.
