Junior Community Manager / Community Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an online community strategy.
Manage Lovense communities located in Discord, Reddit and other similar social media channels.
Engage and manage both Moderators and Community members.
Design and maintain content calendars (full scripting and input on themes). Writing content designed to create passion and grow the brand communities across channels.
Plan, implement and report on the community activities.
Build relationships with other communities and influencers.
Conduct qualitative analysis on social activity in the communities.

Qualifications:
Native or close to native English speaker.
2-3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.
Expertise in social media.
Strong copywriting is a must.
A highly organized approach.
A creative thinker with a logical approach to content creation.
Nice to haves: an active participant of various communities, a gamer, interested in IoT and emerging technologies, and a skilled PC user.
Living in Shanghai or able to relocate to Shanghai.
