JD：
The successful applicant will be:
• culturally adaptive and advocating the values of ‘student first’ and “learning and sharing”; • passionate for teaching the subject and educating students in a holistic way;
• an experienced practitioner of assessment for learning and active learning;
• experienced in teaching both IGCSE and A-Level Art & Design (or IBDP equivalent subjects) to
high school ESL students with proven successful learning results;
• familiar with the syllabus and assessment of students' coursework; • able to provide university counseling and portfolio instructions for art students;
• able to design curriculum catering to students' English levels and individual needs;
• prior experience in teacher training and mentoring will be a plus;
• able and willing to teach other related subjects will be a plus;

OTHER INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS：
Contract Lengths: 2 years
Student Level: High School Students from Grade 9-12
Grade Level: Grade 9, Grade 10 (IGCSE), Grade 11, Grade 12 (A-Level)
Eligible Candidates: Licensed Teacher; A-Level and IB teaching Experience preferred
Education Required: Bachelor or above with relevant major
Minimum Teaching Experience:
Teaching Credential/License & 2-year full-time relevant teaching experience
Expected Start Time: Fall semester, August. 2022

-Salary ranges from 20k-30k before tax；

one school year served；
-Housing allowance of RMB 3500 per month (before tax) is provided (enough to rent a twobedroom apartment near the school)；
-Free Chinese lessons for beginning learners；
-Approx. 10 weeks holidays for Christmas, Chinese New Year and Summer, in addition to Chinese；
