What does it means for you? This means you will be entrusted to build the database of talents and take care of a large portfolio of partners across China.


Primary Responsibilities:
As part of the business development team, your main work will be recruitment.
The objective you’ll be focusing mainly on is expanding and promoting our foreign talent network situated locally.

Through this talent pool, we develop solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value tailored to their business.

It includes :
- Researching foreign talents by the use of internet searches, prospection, networking or social 
media
- Building relationship and evaluating each profile and business models (viability and potential)
- Keeping update and nurturing ongoing relationship once integrated to the talent network
Qualifications :
- Recruiting-related experience, talent sourcing experience, or digital lead generation. Ability to craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive talent.
- HR recruiting background
- Native level English is required, Ability to speak Russian (required)
- A strong communicator, capable of engaging with people from all backgrounds.
