Responsibilities:
Being wholly responsible for the management of the Lovense Discord community.
Helping to grow the Discord community and nurture it.
Engage and manage both Moderators and Community members.
Appointing and training moderators.
Managing the layout and organization of the Discord server.
Helping establish how Discord engages with our community.
Measure the performance and success of community efforts to increase their engagement and reach.
Maintain the pulse check on the community and brand sentiment.
Strengthen and promote community guidelines in partnership with moderators to foster an inclusive, safe environment for everyone.
Cooperate with partner servers.
Organize and host contests, streams, and other events.

Requirements:
Interest in IoT gaming, or a relevant space.
At least 1-2 years of discord management experience.
Experience in onboarding and training Discord Moderators.
Robust understanding of Discord server moderation and community growth practices.
Ability to derive insight from Discord tools and turn it into action.
Knowledge of online communities from platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit.
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Great written communication skills (your main communication channel will be written).
A love for going above and beyond for customers and making sure they get the best experience.
A positive can-do attitude, open to new and unexpected challenges.
