Position: Fashion Designer（Pattern）

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in completing the direction of the quarterly pattern planning with Creative Director,
and analyze the pattern trend in combination with the current fashion trends;
2.Responsible for controlling the overall design effect of the pattern design departmentand doa
good job in the management of team personnel;
3.Complete the fabric pattern design plan base on the overall planning proposal;
4. Ensure the integrity and matching of fabrio patterns;
5. Guarantee the effect of fabric and ready-to wear required by the designer;
6.Complete the quarterly patterns design and craft work;
7. Complete the formulation and design proofing of the quarterly accessories design proposal.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and above major in fashion design or relate to Art;
2. Strong sensitivity to fashion elements with great power to design and process clothing patterns;
3. According to the style position of brand, the pattern design is combined with the style of the
clothing,and the pattern can be derived;
4. Familiar with all kinds of clothing technology proficient in the production process of clothing printing and embroidery technology;
5. Unique creative idea with strong creative thinking and innovation ability;
6. Better drawing ability,including hand drawing and computer drawing;
7. Profcient in using Coreldraw,Photoshop,iIllustrator and other related drawing software;
8. Has great attention to teamwork awareness good communication and coordination skills with
teamwork.
