1. Lead English PE lessons for 2-7 years old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive english speaking English, and guarantee the quality of instruction.
2. Ensure English PE curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D department in order to improve it.
3. Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activites.
4. Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assist teachers and keep them well informed about children's performance and progress, provide a first class service for the parents and children.
5. Assist and participate in relevant on site training provided by the center and the headquaters, be willing to accept new teaching models and educational philosophies.
