Job Requirements 要求:
1. Native speaker of Japanese. 母语为日语
2. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (Advanced, HSK5, C1, TOCFL4). 精通普通话（高级、HSK5、C1、TOCFL4）
3. Japanese native speaker or has lived in Japan for at least 10 years and has a profound understanding of the local culture. 母语为日语或在日本居住至少10年，对当地文化有深度理解
4. Has a passion for video games, has acquired expertise in a certain game genre, and is familiar with gamer culture and vocabulary. 对电子游戏充满好奇和热情，在某种游戏类型中持有专业的知识，并且熟悉游戏玩家的文化和用词
5. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and sufficient degree of document writing. 熟练使用MS Office Suite，有足够的文档编写能力
6. Attentive, detail-oriented, motivated, and a great communicator with team spirit. 细心，注重细节，积极进取，善于沟通，具有团队精神
7. Experience as a translator is preferred. 有翻译经验者优先

Job Responsibilities职位描述：
1. Responsible for all operation of gaming products in Japan. 负责游戏产品日本地区的所有运营
2. Translating and localizing in-game text and other written materials from Chinese into Japanese using personal experience and translation software. 使用个人语言经验和翻译软件将游戏中的文本以及语言材料从中文翻译以及本地化到日文
3. Edit and optimize the translation in accordance to the consumer acquisition, localizing the product. 根据消费者的消费动向获取资源来编辑优化翻译，实现产品本地化
4. Communicating with players in Japan, providing them guidance. 与日本玩家交流，为他们提供游戏购买指导
5. Gathering players feedback and analyze it in order to create new ways for improving player engagement. 收集玩家反馈并对其进行分析，以提高玩家参与度以及新方法
6. Continually gather feedbacks and data for analyze strategies to propose new ways to optimize game’s performance and revenue in the region. 不断收集反馈和数据以分析策略，提出优化该地区的游戏性能和提高收入的新方法
7. Analyze data to provide actionable, forward thinking-suggestions for the game production team. 分析数据，为游戏制作团队提供可操作的前瞻性思维建议

Basic information:
Job type: Full-time in-office position全职在职职位
Location: SHANGHAI, Loushanguan Rd Line 2 Metro Station地铁2号线娄山关路站
Work Visa: Provided提供工作签证
Salary: 13k-20k RMB (depending on experience视经验而定)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm (including 1 hour lunch)
