Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for social media establishment, publicity, brand building, topic guidance and other maintenance work;
2. Responsible for dealing with online/message consultation work of players, answering relevant questions;
3. Responsible for user maintenance and research, maintain core users through official and private chat, and research user needs;
4. Responsible for official customer complaints processing and optimization, timely inquiry and feedback, to ensure customer satisfaction;
5. Assist project team r&d and operation personnel to solve players' problems, fix game bugs and improve game mechanics;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, European and American students studying in China/foreign nationals in Europe and America preferred;
2. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to communicate without barrier;
3. Good communication skills, patient and careful, gentle personality;
4. Love games, and hope to develop in the Internet service industry for a long time;
5. Knowledge of other languages, love of casual games, experience in running a public homepage is preferred.

岗位职责:
1. 负责社媒组建、宣传、品牌建设、话题引导等维护工作；
2. 负责处理玩家线上/留言等的咨询工作，解答相关疑问；
3. 负责用户维系和调研，通过官方、私聊等方式维系核心用户，调研用户需求；
4. 负责官方客诉处理和优化，及时进行查询及反馈，确保客户满意度；
4. 协助项目组研发和运营人员，解决玩家的问题，修复游戏BUG，完善游戏机制；

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，欧美学生在中国留学/留中欧美外籍人士优先；
2. 流利掌握中英文，可进行无障碍沟通；
3. 沟通能力强，耐心细心，性格温和；
4. 热爱游戏，希望在互联网服务行业长期发展；
5. 掌握其他语言者，热爱休闲游戏者，有公共主页运营经验者优先。
