responsibility

Responsible for leading the team to design, develop and manage quantitative investment strategies, including introducing the latest quantitative research results at home and abroad;

Set up a quantitative technical team for strategy research and development, risk control and transaction execution, as well as daily operation and risk control to achieve investment returns;

Responsible for investment strategy tracking research and performance evaluation;

Organize the establishment and maintenance of investment research platform, investment database and quantitative trading system;

Responsible for improving the overall level and profitability of the quantitative team.

Job specification

Master degree or above (overseas university background is preferred), major in financial engineering, quantitative economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc., background related to finance is preferred;

At least 5 years of quantitative investment strategy trading experience in well-known investment institutions at home and abroad, with a capital scale of more than 100 million yuan, with traceable and public past performance is preferred, digital asset experience is preferred;

Computer programming, familiar with Python and at least one analysis and strategy implementation tool, familiar with C++ or Java programming language, developed mature strategy model;

I have experience in implementing quantitative strategies such as high-frequency strategy, CTA strategy and arbitrage strategy, and have mature relevant strategy models

At least 3 years working experience in department management, excellent team leadership, teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure and communication skills, experience as team leader in well-known investment institutions at home and abroad is preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, learning and time management skills
