• Office hours arrangement：Teachers work in the office during the weekday work schedule if there are no classes scheduled.

Full-time teacher: Wednesday - Sunday 10:00-18:00
Part-time teacher: Saturday - Sunday 9:00-18:00

•Class size：6 students in one class

Reading mentor class-90 minutes
Lower-level writing class-120minutes
Higher-level writing class-180minutes

•Curriculums&lesson plans: provided by the company

•Work contract length:
Full-time teacher: 12-month contract( a 2-month probation period)
Part-time teacher: start asap after passing the mock class

Full-time English teacher qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree;
• Teaching: 2 year (Preferred)
• From English-speaking countries
• Currently in China

Responsibilities:
• Deliver English reading*writing lessons for assigned area(s) of responsibility
• Provide for an engaging learning environment conducive to student success
• Promote high levels of learning in an engaging and effective manner, using a variety of
instructional methodologies, curriculum resources, and materials
•Participating in team meetings to review curriculum and discuss student progress;
•Establish and maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning;
•Contribute to a positive student-adult school culture
