Elementary School English Teachers needed in Shanghai Xuhui district


Contract Terms
· Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00-16:00).
· Less than 20 teaching hours per week.
· 24-28 students per class.
· 10 month contract.
· Location: Xuhui District, Shanghai.
Compensations and Benefits

Requirements
· Native English Language speaker.
· Must meet two of the following requirements: (1) 1+ years relevant classroom teaching experience (2) 120 Hour TEFL (3) degree in relevant field.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (word, excel etc.)
· Ideal candidate must display patience and cultural awareness.
 
Responsibilities:
· Design engaging lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum.
· Create a positive learning environment for students.
· Maximize student performance using effective teaching practices.
· Include positive classroom management strategies when teaching.
· Keep accurate records of student performance.
· Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues and Department Head when necessary.
