Job Description:
1. Provide technical support for related blockchain products to ensure the normal operation of customer business;
2. Solve the problems and failures of User Network, Server, storage, database, etc. , and in the implementation process to provide technical support;
3, responsible for the technical incident analysis and summary, technical proposal, and promote the relevant team to solve;
4, Vertical Industry and Enterprise Level Customer Technical Support;
5, prepare product related issues and technical support analysis report, collate technical documents;
6, according to after-sales problems can put forward constructive suggestions, and can influence the relevant departments to optimize in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1, Rich Linux/Windows system maintenance, optimization experience, familiar with the system crash approach;
2, familiar with TCP/IP protocol, understand P2P Network
3, familiar with block chain technology, for example, ethereum, BSC, Bitcoin, etc.
4, familiar with block chain cross-chain technology, fluent in English, fluent in Chinese expression does not require this. Programming with one or more scripting languages in 5.Shell/python, or with one or more development languages in GO/Java/JS; and using, 6.optimizing, and debugging at least one familiar common application, such as Nginx, Apache, etc. .
