RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
1.To teach and lead classes for kids according to the lesson plans and scheduling;
2.Classroom management and maintain class quality;
3.To communicate with parents about students progress;
KEY REQUIREMENTS任职资格:
1.University graduate or above, Education or relevant major; Hold the Montessori qualification certificate and Montessori experience; AMS certificate
2.Native English speaker；Non Native english speakers with AMS certificate
3.Genuine love for kids and great passion in teaching;
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills;
5.Must have more than 2 years working experience or a degree certificate for over 2 years;
6.Must be able to work in a team and independently;
7.Must have strong sense of responsibility.
