Senior high school teacher
Start Date: October, 2021-February, 2022
Duties and responsibilities：
1. 对高中以及初中的学生进行授课，每周工作量为18-20节课，课程包括ESL，雅思类，辩论类，写作等；
K7-K12 students, 18-20 classed weekly, teaching lessons include ESL, writing, IELTS and debate.
2. 可教授IGCSE，Alevel或者是AP的社会科学课程，如经济学或者是地理课；
Teaching IGCSE，Alevel or AP social science courses，such us Economics or geography
3. 设计课程大纲和教学计划；
Design teaching plan and teaching program
4. 根据课程的要求来布置回家作业并且批改回家作业；
Assign and check homework according to curriculum requirements.
5. 组织课堂活动；
Organize classroom activities
6. 准备学校需要的测试，测评，评估等文件资料；
Prepare documents required by school which uses in testing and evaluating.
7. 及时地汇报学生在校表现；
Provide instant feedback of students’ performance
8. 在学生的独立研究项目中进行指导；
Supervise students in their independent research projects
9. 参加每周的教师例会，和同事，主管讨论学校事宜；
Attend weekly faculty meetings and discuss issues with colleagues and supervisors
10. 参与并支持教师的专业发展活动，例如听课，教师培训，学术研讨会等等；
Participate teachers' professional development activities, such as lectures, teacher training, academic seminars, etc
11. 参与并支持招生活动，例如，候选人将会在学校开放日活动中进行宣讲，给学生上示范课；
Participate recruitment activities. For example, candidates will speak at school open days and give demonstration lessons to students.
12. 完成上级布置的其他有关教学的工作
Finish other teaching related work assigned by school.

任职要求requirements：
1. English Native speakers major in Education
2. Have rich teaching experience in international school.
