Job description:
1. Maximum teaching hours a 21 per week
2. Up to an additional 20 office hours depending position level and responsibilities
3. Two full days off per week
4. Normal class size limited to a maximum of 10 students
5. Most students range in age from 3-15
6. Existing system of curriculum with an abundance of resources, tools, training and support.

Qualifications: Preferred
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Native English Speaker
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate
4. Young learners or relevant teaching experience
5. Clean Criminal Record Check
6. Personality: Respectful and able to work with empathy, flexible and resilient, strong sense of communication and cooperation, energetic and positive, passionate and motivated, able to thinking critically and problem solve.
Salary and Benefits:
*We offer a competitive salary range which depends on school tenure and experience, degree qualifications, teaching qualifications, job responsibilities, work ethic, interview screening and nationality.
( The starting salary is around 19,000 with more experiences and tenured teachers potentially earning 30,000)

Kid Lingual English was established in 2011 and currently enrolls over 400 students, more than a 500% increase since the current leadership team (an American- Chinese partnership) took over in 2014. This leadership team, which is an equal partnership between a Chinese and American couple, provides a well-rounded perspective through which problems, goals and solutions are all filtered.
