Job Title: Portuguese Customer Service associate
Work place: Dalian city, Liaoning province.

Job Responsibilities
・ Provide consulting service for overseas customers through online chat (Ali Express platform);
・ Assist customers in solving problems through recording customers problems, and escalating them to relevant departments.

Job Qualifications
・Major in Portuguese with B2 certificate; Or Portuguese as mother tone or second language；
Able to interact with customers through Portuguese fluently.
・Should have strong communication skills. Customer service experience is preferred.
・Accept shift work.
(24 hours*7days service per week; 3 shifts per day, and shift change every one month; 1st shift fr 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift fr 3pm to 11pm, 3rd shift fr 11pm to 7am)

Remuneration offered
・Basic salary: 10k + housing
