1、负责物业新项目的拓展工作，包括项目选择研究、定位规划、组织投标等；

2、行业动向有高度的敏感性，负责拟订公司市场外拓工作计划，根据目标、规范和要求，有计划、有组织地实施行之有效的市场拓展和项目开发策划；
Highly sensitive to industry trends, responsible for formulating the company's market expansion work plan, and implementing effective market development and project development planning in a planned and organized manner according to objectives, specifications and requirements;
3、能收集各类市场信息，并做出正确分析报告，负责主导项目的成本测算以及招投标全过程；
Be able to collect all kinds of market information, make correct analysis reports, and be responsible for leading the cost calculation of the project and the whole process of bidding;
4、负责公司品牌的市场推广，促进公司广泛的业务合作；

5、负责对目标区域市场、周边地区、竞争对手的物业信息收集和分析反馈；
