Xuhui District - Shanghai.

Wuxi City - Jiangsu

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (higher degree could be an advantage) in Education from top Universities
2. Minimum of 5 years teaching management experience
3. Candidate with School Principal Experience preferred
4. Candidate must have a good background understanding of IB curriculum
5. Neutral English accent from UK, NZ, AUS, USA, SA, and CANADA preferred

Job description:
1. Actively implement national and school policies. Assist the Chinese principal to manage the kindergarten and to raise the standard of management. Make efforts to complete teaching tasks and related administrative work.
2. In charge of curriculum management. Guide Chinese and foreign teachers to make work plans. Supervise the implementation and participate in the summary. Keep related records and files. Set up the curriculum system of the pre-school together with Director of Pedagogy.
3. Instruct teachers to arrange children's daily life in a scientific way. Check class activities regularly. Guide, inspect and evaluate teachers in their work, arrange their work. And improve the professional ability of teachers.
4. Support home-school communication and cooperation, especially marketing activities for the School.
5. Cooperate with the Chinese principal in other administrative coordination and management.
