Looking for Experience Native speaker ONLY with at least 3 years+ teaching experience who eligible for teaching visa

Positions:
ESL(2 positions)

Onboard date:Aug 2021
Location:Line 13 Zhongke Road
Work Schedule:07:30-16:30 Mon-Fri
Class size:about 20-25 students
Class hours:not more than 24 teaching hours per week,35 minutes per class
Contract Length:1-2 years(preferable 2 years)

Key Responsibilities:
-To teach kids age from 6 and above in the primary section 
-Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirement of curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation as required 
-Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement through formal and informal assignment 
-Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, students, and parents 
-Organize the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment

Requirements:
-Native English speakers or Major in English/PE in an English-speaking country for B.A degree 
-Bachelor degree or above is required 
-Current, valid state teaching certification, or TEFL/TESOL certification required 
-A minimum of two years relevant teaching experience 
-Working knowledge of PBL is preferred 
-Experience working with children who have English as a Second Language is desirable 
-Open-minded, pleasant personality and team player.

Salary and Benefits:
-20000-35000 RMB/month before tax based on qualification and experience （can be negotiable)
-Housing allowance 5000 require contract and invoice
-10000 RMB flight reimbursements after one-year contract 
-Provide Z visa and work permit 
-Summer and winter break, regular Chinese national holidays
