3.   Accordingto the learning mode, learning habits and learningfoundation of Chinese students, teach students according to their aptitude, manage the teachers and research team, ensure the teaching quality
4.   Cooperate with the executive principal on marketing, admissions and other activities
5.   Make assessment standard for the teaching quality of the school
6.   Establish and strengthen the Parents Committeen system
