Here at Cynergy Future Education, we are on the hunt for charismatic and creative individuals with a strong passion for teaching from Native English speaking countries that have an interest in living and working in China.

Our organization currently has positions available in all facets of the Education Industry (i.e. Public and International Kindergartens, Primary/High Schools, and Training Centers) throughout several cities in China including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Nanjing as well as several other cities throughout wonderful China!

Basic Info

1.Working Days: Monday to Friday;
2.Student Level: 3 to 6 years old;
3.Location: Xuhui District, Shanghai;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Assess students performance and progress;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor Degree or above;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.At least 2 years teaching experience as a classroom teacher required;
6.Early childhood education related background or experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range 20,000 to 27,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 8,000 RMB per month;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Standard insurance provided;
5.Airfare reimbursement 8,000 RMB per year available;
6.Holidays:
- All Chinese public holidays
- Around 10 days winter holiday
- Four week summer holiday
