Responsibilities
Part of the application technical support team;
Analyze smart TV application issues and provide technical support towards content service providers;
Guide the QA process;
Communicate with our content service providers;
Response for premium application certification;
Development support knowledgebase;
Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders including
oPlatform suppliers
oValidation team
oBusiness Development team
Requirements
At least two years of experience in Android/AOSP software and web development or testing/debugging
Good stakeholder management skills with regard to business and partner contacts.
Good communication skills, English language fluent and is mandatory
Customer service oriented;
Development skill
oHTML(5), XML, XHTML, CSS(3), JAVA, JavaScript
oOS – Linux, Windows, Android, AOSP
oServer side scripting languages, PHP, ASP or others
oServers – Linux, Windows
oFrameworks – Angular, JQuery, dojo, prototype, Vue.js
oDatabases – MySQL, MS SQL Server
Problem analyzing and solving skills.
Able to work in a multi-site environment.
