• Plan and execute content strategy to drive traffic, engagement and conversion
• Create and publish high quality, original, engaging content
• Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency
• Collect, monitor, and analyze social media and website metrics with the SEO team to make improvements
• Stay updated on latest industry trends and best practices
• Manage the distribution of content across all channels
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency and writing quality
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content is delivered accordingly
• Ensure content follows relevant laws (copyright, data protection, etc.)
• Hire and train other in the team
• Collaborate with other teams including marketing, BD, design, and product to ensure successful product launch
