【Job Summary】
Base on FO or FB department. Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards and specification at Front Office or Food & Beverage.

【Job Reuirement】
1. Familiar with FO or FB service process.
2. Good FO or FB knowledge.
3. Good wine knowledge & service skill.
4. Good skills in handling guest complaints.
5. Ability in staffing management.
6. Excellent English skills (written & verbal).
7. Computer operation and familiarity with Microsoft office &Word & Excel& PPT.
8. Good leadership skills / good communication skills /Strong organization skills.
9. Open minded and outgoing personality.
10. Positive attitude to work and ability to work under pressure.
