1.Teach all ESL classes to all levels (Teaching hours per month is between 50-60 hours)
2.Deliver professional development to school staff and presentations to parents.
3.Develop,organize and make continual improvements to the ESL curriculum.
4.Observe all foreign teachers’ classes and provide feedback.
5.Coordinate with foreign and native teachers for better communication.
6.Meet with all new full-time foreign teachers and offer feedback for new hires.
7.Create schedules,acquire and manage foreign staff,and maintain records.
8.Administer foreign stuff meetings monthly,including assessments and training.
9.Analyze date to determine teachers’ placement and future instruction.
