4.Follow up orders and delivery dates, effectively conduct head office e-mail exchanges, and telephone communication when necessary
5.Arrange space booking, trailer and other transportation work and sample delivery, and make shipping documents
6.Make customs clearance documents, such as Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc
7.Issue production scheduling sheet, contract review sheet, packaging material purchase order, etc., and prepare shipping contact letter
8.Make export packing list, packing list and other relevant data, drawings and documents
9.Track and monitor the progress before and after order delivery, and reflect the relevant situation in time
10.Complete other tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications:
1. Working experience: engaged in relevant foreign trade for more than 2 years.
2. Education requirements: college degree or above
3. You'd better know a little Chinese

Job skills:
1. Job seekers who know a little Chinese or Chinese characters are preferred
2. Familiar with foreign trade export process, master the main characteristics and uses of products, and understand the working principle of products.
3. Strong organizational discipline, with certain organization and coordination ability and management ability.
4. Familiar with office software, marketing and contract management.
