Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales strategies according to the company's strategies and plans, ensure the effective implementation and completion of the company's sales plans, achieve team performance, and promote the recruitment, selection, coaching and management of the team;
2. Responsible for managing the business activities of the team and providing professional guidance and training;
3. Coordinate and manage healthy competition among team members;
4. Proposed product and process optimization suggestions to superiors according to the feedback of department managers;
5. Completed work report and related business report.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing or management is preferred;
2. Have training experience in marketing, marketing, management, etc.;
3. Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and work actively;
