Photos of a teacher making students shade her with an umbrella recently went viral on the Chinese internet. In the photos, the teacher has a student beside her covering her with an umbrella at all times, whether she's hanging out on a bench or walking with the class. The teacher comes across as a total diva: expressionless, with huge sunglasses, and fanning herself with a large fan. Looks like we know who the queen bee of that class is.

Maybe the kid was being an idiot in class, like some folk back overseas, holding the umbrella for the teacher gives him something to concentrate on,,, or maybe he was being a gentleman for the young lady,,,I bet even some kids in the class probably were even jealous that he can stand next to the teacher with a sense of a role and attention. I can see why some foreigners here in the forum are far from being the "teachers pet", but are more like the dunce of the class I guess with such simpleton observational skills....

This great mainland chinese teacher was teaching chinese 5000+ years history in person --- the greater the power the more perks you snap up, from WHATever is below you. Hey, this is 'modern' china, there is something new under the sun afterall, look at those cool sunglasses! LOL (click the article link, the er-wu music at the end says it all...)

Talking about having power/money and using them in a civilised manner, does anyone here speak French? I would like to know what those two young gentlemen who received the Lamborghini were saying. The rest was in english. The title got one thing wrong, Abdel Wassim is at least a multi-billionaire, more likely a trillionaire. I agree with him, (human) life isn't normal on Earth. He also dropped his EUR 300,000 Bvlgari watch into the river (Seine?) to make his point about money. C'est la vie?
