Let it Snow: Blizzards and Snowfall to Hit North China this Weekend

Inner Mongolia, North China, and Northeast China will experience snowfall this weekend from today until the 23rd. The areas will receive the most snow on the 21st and 22nd. Eastern Inner Mongolia, north of Beijing in Hebei, Tianjin, and Jilin will experience moderate to heavy snow and local blizzards.  

Following the snow, the regions will experience cold air and strong wind from next Monday to Thursday. Temperatures will drop 6-10℃, and 10-14℃ up north. The northeast will experience highs of -10℃ and lows of -15℃. Temperatures in North China will range from -10℃ to -5℃, and -10℃ to 0℃ in Beijing, the coldest temperatures in recorded history for late November.

Residents should pay attention to traffic safety in areas with snowfall, and may attention to potential closures at airports, railways, and highways.
