You’ll now be able to skip those annoying queues and check in a little easier now that Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has launched its first self check-in service.

The self check-in devices officially came into use April 24, and theoretically you will be able to check your baggage and print out your boarding passes in less than one minute, before proceeding directly to baggage drop and security. The machines use a touch screen interface and you can choose instructions in either Chinese or English.
